Worst customer service. As in absolutely none!!!! I took one item into the changing room and it was too large. I asked for the smaller size and they had to ask me which item it was I had!!!! Absolutely shocking exprince at Reid's gatwick airport! The black gay guy at the shop need to be sacked!
