Racism counter, the women in the counter strangely start to laugh after I talked to his colleagues for 5 mins. I ask her why she laughed, she said it was funny.

Absolutely appalling service!! Rude staff….you can hear them talking about you whilst you wait!!! I just went for my sons medication and they told me I had to wait 2 hrs even tho it had been sent two days before I still didn’t mind waiting but for her to then say “we don’t have it” and giving me no other option...

Is it ever open??? I do understand staff shortage but now it’s because of delivery? Temporarily closed. Few attempts over the week and never successful! Sort this pharmacy out finally.
