Was offered to bid for a room upgrade which I did only to get the same standard room I had the last time. Disappointing ?

Perhaps when you advertise afternoon tea for £45 a head you should be open about the 12.5% service charge you are going to charge - UP FRONT - before you even arrive !!!

Had a lovely stay in one of the beautiful rooms. Will definitely book and stay again. Such a lovely location.
