Do not use the seamstress at Focus On Dry Cleaning !She butchered the hem on my son's brand new Charles Tyrwhitt Italian suit trousers. There were loose threads left from the original hem and the new hem was all puckered. I was shocked that she could have handed them back to my son in such a state. Just awful.

Please note that this should be zero stars. Shop has been closed for several weeks with my Daughter's very expensive prom dress held hostage to a landlord dispute.
