Terrible terrible custmer service unprofessional staff, got yelled at by the manager when I said my glasses was wrong. Just terrible!

Really disappointed with vision express, I had two appointments booked. Tried ringing several times to confirm. No answer. Got there to find they had been cancelled. Manager insisted that a colleague had rung and left a voicemail which was completely untrue.
