Thank you to a wonderful lady called Farzi who helped us with a refund. She even called customer service for us. 5 stars nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely shop with friendly staff.

Poor experience.Shame that some staff are disinterested and appear to look down on you. Neptune has a much more pleasant experience.

Contrary to reviews on here I had a really good experience in this store , going brunette lady assisted me with all my needs was super polite and friendly and such a lovely large clean branch of the white company
