Terrible service from senior member of staff. Very dismissive. Actual server who appeared to be new was, however, kind & helpful. Will not be going again. Not comfortable, very cold & reminiscent of a railway waiting room.

I had broken down and was waiting for assistance which took a long time to come.The coffees and tea were excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly which I appreciated. Loos were very clean

I don't know why we keep on stopping at this Starbucks, we always leave feeling a bit dirty and needing to wash our hands somewhere else... Toilets filthy, always, every single time we stop there.
