I just put my sandwich back on the shelf as I was queuing and caught sight of the staff..awful! Mostly scruffy, unkempt looking..would not want them touching my food. I thought presentation of its staff was something Pret prided itself on? Guildford branch. Saturday 16th November approx 2pm

Ordered extra hot skinny capp White. First it came out with chocolate on top when I wanted a white cappuccino. Then, when I returned it and I got back the replacement, It was terrible, Ended up throwing most of it away. Not hot, just tasted like milk, no taste of coffee at all. Very disappointing
