We have been in the area for a number of years now and have always used this post office. For simple reasons, friendly, very helpful and always willing to advise if they cannot accommodate our needs immediately. Great Village Post office and shop!

I am very impressed with the small family run Post Office in Jacobs Well. I am a regular user and I would like to congratulate them on providing an excellent and efficient service at all times. All my parcels are processed quickly and with a smile. When sought, expert and accurate advice or help is always given.

I've been using Jacobs Well Post Office for the last 5 years on a daily basis for business purposes and can't fault their service. Friendly staff always willing to go out of their way to assist customers.
