I'm having coffee and across from me manager and a minute taker are having official meeting with member of staff who is receiving a warning which will be kept on his file for 6 months. It will not be a disciplinary this time. I don't understand this company and how can they conduct those meetings in public!!!

Costa has been my favourite coffee shop for many years, and the nature of my job means I visit different Shops regularly.
