Staff are very helpful and work incredibly hard but are clearly over stretched due to two other chemists shutting in the area. Boots should be supporting their staff better which, in turn, will make the experience better for customer's collecting prescriptions.

They are great the queue is never less than 5 . The stick that some people give them in the shop is upsetting and they still keep going with a smile. Boots should give them a pay rise they are working with customers from the time it opens till it close's no let up . If you don't show some way to show them they are gold... read full comment
