Fobbed off and quickly ushered to pay for my eye test after informing them I wasn’t buying that day. Only to be charged £35 for my eye test, despite website stating £25. They didn’t show interest in helping to look for specific frames I was looking to purchase in a few weeks time. Just after the quick and costly sale.... read full comment
