I was rushed through the eye test, then told I needed glasses for the first ever time. I was rushed through finding glasses, the gentleman gave me no support or help. Came away after ordering completely the wrong glasses for me. Was so upset with the experience that I went back into the shop 2 hours later and got a refund.... read full comment
