Terrible experience. Furniture delivered damaged and with poor finish. Shocking customer service getting this resolved (non-returned emails, lengthy delays in response, random emails from other parts of the business). We LOVE our new Love Your Home sofas! We took a trip to the showroom in Surrey in June and the lady was so helpful in guiding us through the different sofas. We ended up purchasing a blue velvet corner sofa and a smaller two-seater. Communication was great the whole way through and we received them within the 8 week window.... read full comment
