Great friendly and professional service.But please keep your opticians! The staff turnover is unbelieveable.Also please make it cheap to replace lenses on existing frames. This is eco friendly and sustainable. .

Took two months to get my glasses. Had to have a second eye test because they initial prescription was wrong. They then had the 2nd pair in the branch without telling me for 10 or 11 days. These turned out to be scratched so had to be replaced again. No contact again for 2 weeks. When I phoned the branch they told me that...

Great team at Frimley opticians. Welcoming and friendly without being pushy or over powering. Very nice gentleman who did the eye test and explained everything well. Felt they were all happy to give you time and were helpful. Thank you
