I booked my car for a replacement tyre. After over an hour waiting, I came to collect the car but the person said they could not replace the tyre because he could not find the key lock nut. Good service by and accommodating staff even while under pressure, the young lad that served me was very helpful, unfortunately I didn't catch his name. He did have a distinctive limp.

With a booking done previous day, sat outside for 40 minutes completely ignored by everyone. When I went back in to ask if they will still do it been told by one guy who did not seem to care about anything that I have to wait if I want it done.
