Left two bags of good donations by the entrance to the back as the staff were busy. A woman came out and shouted at us because we hadn’t “announced” they were donations - it was pretty obvious. Their website says " to donate, drive to the back of the store and you will be greeted with a smile"!! The woman that "greeted" us was miserable and rude. She made us feel she was doing us a favour by accepting our donations. Why work at a charity shop when you don't like people?A fantastic charity that relies on donations... read full comment
