Visiting my parents and needed to shop , obviously a newer store than our regular and so a bit confusing. The aisles are tighter than we are used to and in a different set up. Shocked that there were only 6 tills and only 3 of them open on a Saturday afternoon ?

The staff at the till were lovely but I had ordered something from Argos for my granddaughter's birthday had a text to say it would be available for me to collect at 9am so we did our shopping it was about 9.20 the woman at the counter said they hadn't had a delivery she never checked so my granddaughter goes without her... read full comment
