2 items, one 1st class, 1 Signed for, failed to be delivered within 3 days; you cannot speak to the delivery office, except in person (300 miles away) and cannot query any traceable item for 2 weeks, by which time any recollection of a reason will be long forgotten. 1st class means nothing, an expensive nothing.

A complete and utter joke. Called, waited AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES only to get through to a very disgruntled employee who didn’t even apologise for the wait and rushed me off the phone. How on earth are you getting away with providing such dismal customer service and NOT delivering mail?

Terrible service. 48hr delivery not even attempted 4 days in a row then item sent to Woking for some reason. Still not delivered 5 days later and no way of contacting them, no email, no phone, no online chat nothing.
