I was after a kettle, i tried to request help, but all staff were with other customers. I decided to open up the box of a kettle i liked but wasnt on display. As i was doing this, i was quite rudely told by a scruffy looking staff member (bald with tattoos) " dont open the box" I left the store not wishing to spend my money... read full comment
