I have booked an appointment and 5 mins before my appointment was canceled just by an email.They also keep closing at the last minute or on the day of the appointment.They never text or call back. They keep saying general polite appologies and saying that they tried to call.The customer service and communication is poor.... read full comment

Small family run business that always goes out of their way to fit me in. Absolutely amazing treatments, such a calming environment. Will definitely be back soon and recommended to all my friends. Fantastic salon. I could honestly not be happier with the service at skin secrets. I am always made to feel welcome and like a vip!! The facial I had here recently was the best I have ever had, my skin glowed for days!
