I had to call to police today as the member of stuff was drunk. I came to pick up my parcel force and evri parcels, they do not provide barcodes , so I showed him my ID and tracking number. He said I need barcode, come tomorrow. I insisted, that I never need a barcode for evri and parcelforce, also on my email it says only...

After putting the wrong details in for my parcel which is now lost they told me it was my fault and denied any responsibility.

Rude owner, terrible customer service. The owner refused to take my package because I had pre paid postage. I will never return here as it has caused me such inconvenience and distress.
