Stupid and rude staff, telling me I cannot collect the parcel unless I show her the barcode. The barcode is literally on the parcel and how can I show the barcode without giving me the parcel?! I tried to show her ID and tracking number and she said she is not accepting any of that. Ridiculous

Incredibly rude service. I was waiting to collect a parcel and all 3 staff completely ignored me. To make matters worse, one of them broke their conversation to serve 2 men who had just walked in, even though I had been waiting.Items are over priced and the range is poor.
