Staff are usually lovely and very helpful but I just got screamed at twice. I paid with cash on self checkout and it didn’t give me the option to buy a bag but I had too much stuff so just got one. A women working there stormed over shouting did I buy a bag I said no it didn’t let me she walked away to serve someone... read full comment
