It’s unforgivable the lack of urgency to pick up the phone, I’ve experienced this several times with Epsom vision express. And it raises a certain amount of anxiety in me, as vision allows me to experience life, and I cannot get a hold of the branch to ask questions , it’s truly disappointing.
