Like the rest of the complaints staff here at Epsom post office are very unhelpful, I took my elderly mother to renew her digital passport picture at the photo booth, the south Asian lady on the first till was very helpful at first but attitude soon changed after the photos came out and the digital code did not work, so... read full comment

I have used Epsom High Street PO many times.The woman at the first counter as you go in the shop is consistently rude and very unfriendly.
