Yet again, missing parts of my order! How difficult can it be? Missing 1x double cheese burger

Met some rude staff in my time, but this place is worst. Came up from Portsmouth, dropped kids off at Chessington and thought I would grab some breakfast. Wish I didn't. Staff so rude, esp woman with a bandage on her wrist. I asked for a sugar for my coffee, nearly threw it in my face. Disgusting.
