Since the closure of the HSBC Branch in Dorking, I have been visiting the Epsom Branch instead. Phoned the number on the website / instead of Epsom got a guy from Mauritius who was extremely useless. I said I wanted to arrange a meeting to set up myself as a signatory for my golf society (existing account) he was unable to tell me how I contact the bank (I phoned the only number I had online) then he could not provide... read full comment

Been on the phone for over an hour. Terrible service. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. If zero stars was an option I would select this.
