Disgusting customer service, attitude and behaviour from the store manager Kohanna, and her colleague Nima on multiple occasions. I cannot express my disgust enough for these two members of staff, an embarrassment to the Co-Op chain and to themselves. Rude, miserable and untrained staff in the evening. Dont have ANYTHING delivered by DPD to this store.I am very local, I normally pop into Sainsburys because its brighter, better laid out and neater.
