I went into Clarks on the search for some black boots. Have exhausted the shops in Kingston I was delighted to find the ideal pair with the help of Maddy. She was extremely helpful and polite and a real asset to the Epsom team. Thank you Maddy!

Went to get my son his first pair of shoes went upstairs to the kids section and was told to basically get out as they were closed and we should have known that because the door was closed. She told us to come back in an hour if we wanted anything so clearly was open she just couldn’t be bothered. Maybe lock the door... read full comment
