Very slow service. Inattentive waiting staff who didn't seem bothered about the customers. We left having waited over 30 mins and not been served. Saw other customers waiting and even having to go up to the food counter to collect their own food. Come on Savill- sort your staffing out.

Beautiful location in an airy and breathtaking building. Plenty of space for lots of guests, however, on this occasion the service was terrible. Absurd queue control (tables for 2&4 left empty for twenty/thirty minutes with a large queue nearby), no sign of active management, food and drink left on the pass for 12 minutes +, and a ridiculous waiting time for food. Shambolic.
