Went to Hampton Court their cafes closed towards end of day.. found the Coppernose cafe. Kim was so kind and made my daughter a wonderful tasting hot chocolate 10/10 will definately be back..thank You so muchWould definately recommend

I really wanted to give this hotel more but whilst some aspects were good like accommodating staff, comfortable room other aspects fell short. I rang before I booked to see if it was accessible and told yes but there were steps to the lift and stamps before a ramp. The 'Bollinger' Afternoon Tea. We were given a gift voucher by a friend for this afternoon treat . The location of the hotel is great, and the view lovely .
