Literally could not have been nicer and more accommodating.I needed a carpet for 4 days time, called them up, arranged to go and look at samples and my carpet was ordered the same day and will be ready to collect in 2 days!!!Fabulous and friendly.Would 100% recommend

In October 2020 we rook a piece of carpet to be turned into runner to match a stair carpet. It had to go to a firm in Kent to have this simple operation done. Since then we have asking where it is, weekly following the end of lockdown, only to be told 7 months later that it has been 'lost'. At no point were we contacted... read full comment
