Disgusting NON-service by this joke of a National mail company. National disgrace more like. There should be no charge, now that ALL mail is reduced to one delivery in three weeks! I’m forced to pick up my own mail if I want it on time. Get rid of this whole rotten institution because it’s no longer fit for function.

Royal mail delivery in Dorking is appalling. Turns up 2-3 weeks after it was sent. Terrible service in the dorking area
