The lady was SO rude in this post office, no manners, shouting at me in front of my daughter. Was definitely not called for. The way she speaks is not acceptable. There is a lovely post office in Newdigate I would highly recommend.

Postmistress is shockingly rude and unhelpful. If you have an option, go to a different post office nearby.
