Extremely rude member of staff in this store, an older lady with short hair and glasses. Definitely does not understand customer service and was very unhelpful, will not return to this store!

I had the misfortune to return 2 pairs of sandals today that I bought online and the shop assistant there, Lorna, was extremely rude, complaining that as they were a franchise by returning items purchased online to store I was taking money out of their till and the shop would be closed down.
