Absolutely shocking store for the size of the company, half the time the shelves are a mess, store is so under staffed they get stressed out, store manager is a joke! Back in the day the company had standards, which starts with store manager’s and department managers, all I can say is the whole store needs a good shake... read full comment

I love crainleigh and this is super convinent friendly and local used to be station but now sainsbury's and I always in there

Not a good Sainsbury's. Always empty shelves despite limited staff attempting to restock. Aisles blocked by shelf-stacker's trolleys. No scan and pay hand devices offered.
