Sad state of affairs for coffee. They are just enjoying monopoly.1. High wait time2. Wrong coffee served3. Top up missed4. Milk overheated - burning smell.Starbucks! We dont dezerv this.

Yesterday night I walked into Starbucks and I did not enjoy my experience. A Starbucks employee has given me a small Caramel Frappuccino when I had ordered a large drink. However, I was still charged the large drink.

Utterly lovely staff. We made a bit of a mess when our son spilled my coffee, and the staff were wonderfully understanding in both cleaning up and sorting out a replacement.
