Had a problem with the ‘Pay at Pump’. £51.95 was taken from my account without a drop of fuel having gone in. Though unresolved, Danny was really patient and kind when trying to help. Let’s hope my bank gets the money back because Sainsbury’s are apparently not implicated in the taking of my money at their pump.
