They’re good but their opening times are ridiculous. 8-10am only now? What happened to being open in the afternoons too? People work, not everyone can take an entire day off just to pick up a package. Please hire younger staff who can work longer than 2 hours a day so that you can be open from at least 9-6 or 10-7!

Lovely staff at chertsey in general usually ok. Main problem is 8 till 10am opening times, if you work then you have to have time off to collect.
