Got a text to say my parcel had been delivered but it hadn’t. When I tracked my item a picture of my parcel was shown delivered to a an address I don’t recognise! Complaint has been made! Terrible service!

Awful, parcel collection or delivery is awful, don't turn up or deliver to wrong address, get email to say they're coming in morning, then at midday another one to say they're coming in afternoon, then they don't tun up. Not getting post regular either, don't turn up for days.

Awful service. Parcels never arrive ontime, usually a week late (better or collecting it from the sorting office. No post for upto 3 weeks then a bundle arrives. This needs serious attention.
