Do not try an take Amazon returns here, despite being listed as an Amazon Counter, the shop owner simply won't entertain the idea at all.

The man that works here tried to rip me off when it came to ice. I went in and said how much is your ice he said £2.50 I then saw a sign that said £1.89.
