Their store manager, Jackson, is the most pleasant person I have ever met; he genuinely cares about his customers! I love Costa but didn't have a card because my Apple Store is in another country, and I couldn’t download the app. Jackson fixed that immediately. Very well located Cafe-shop. Could be my preferred Café. There are a few aspects that make poor first impressions: the lobby doesn't look clean (floor and tables), there's no access to the toilet and a part of the lobby is not accessible.
