My eye test lasted about 2/3 minutes optician never even tried different lenses didn’t look in my eyes when asked about my previous appointment he replied with I don’t have any paper work for that and his computer wasn’t even on I am going to be going else where from now on and I will be asking for a second opinion

The optician hardly looked at my eyes, the visit with him only lasted approx. 5 minutes therefore I am worried now because I have no idea if my eyes are ok. It was the most appalling experience I have had. I will never visit Boots Optician again.

Very helpful friendly staff made the experience very pleasant and calming to get all tests done with experience and knowledge
