I got a takeaway coffee on Sunday morning- when I get back home it just tastes burned coffee. Not even close to the taste of an average Starbucks.
The staff looks very disinterested to work - they don’t even try to write my name of the cup. I can’t understand how these places get such a high rating!

Absolutely filthy dirty. Young girl on till, very unhelpful. Very obviously can’t be bothered.
