Absolutely appalling service, avoid at all costs. Cannot provide a refund even within customer legal rights. Had the rudest manager called Matt refuse to refund my "waterproof" boots after I tried to return them as they were faulty (asked to prove how they were not waterproof in store which is ridiculous). Asked the staff to open the changing room. After 15 mins i gave up and left the store.
