Wanted to do this for ages. Visited the camberely branch to open my 10yo daughters first account. Karen was amazing with her abd my daughters experience was fabulous! Thank you Karen!

Branch wouldnt let me take more than 5k out of my own account! I should be able to take what money I need out. Then it closes at 3pm everyday! so if you're a working person you can never get to your cash. Just close it down, i'll be moving my account soon anyway.
