Excellent customer service. We arrived from Australia to find our travel agent had not paid for our accommodation at the Premier Inn. Maria, Morais, Rabina, Zama and Juliet all made our check in experience as smooth as possible. Thank you to the Premier Inn staff for all your kind assistance.

The rooms are looking a bit tired. The receptionist did not offer breakfast / dinner options in the restaurant. No wi-fi password given. Night guard and another member of staff could not help with this query. Good bed. Excellent price. Central location.
We were rather unimpressed with our stay to say the least… we booked to stay here for valentines weekend as it looked like a lovely area, however we were absolutely appalled when we got into our room. We were in room 212 which upon entry we could smell this really musty smell that was almost suffocating it was that strong.... read full comment
