I turned up this morning to complete a seemingly simple task. After waiting 25 minutes, I still hadn’t been even greeted by a member of staff. There was 1 person serving, a queue of 14 people, to which a lady walks out with a cup of tea, ignoring all the customers and decides to make a phone call.
