Was attended to promptly and my problem resolved. Update Jan 2024: My used VW bought from Martins developed a fault with the ventilation system. I called in on a Monday and was told to drop the car off early on the Thursday morning, which I did. I was phoned just after mid-day to say that the problem had been identified... read full comment
